How are your online courses organized?
Our online classes are conducted live and privately with instructor Mojtaba Khoshkalam. These sessions are hosted on the academy’s dedicated platform, and video recordings of each session will be available for review and practice for up to 15 days. To explore the academy portal's features—including sending and receiving assignments for online tests, getting feedback from the professor, accessing recorded session videos, downloading educational pamphlets, accessing class links, grades, report cards, and surveys—just click the "Create account" option at the top of the menu bar and create your account.
Is it possible to hold group classes?
Due to the varying time zones and work schedules in different countries, organizing group classes at specific times can be challenging. However, if you have a friend, colleague, or family member who shares the same educational goals, you can send a request to the admin for group training, and we will review your situation.
Are sessions recorded, and what educational resources are provided?
Yes, the sessions are automatically recorded on the academy's platform and will be saved for 15 days. All necessary educational resources and pamphlets will be introduced by the instructor. If these resources are downloadable, they will be available as "meeting content" on the Academy portal.
I’m unsure about my current language proficiency level. Can I still join a specialized course for my desired test?
In the specialized training classes, the instruction is delivered in basic English level, with a focus on teaching specific techniques, strategies, and skills for each test. To participate in these classes, you should have at least a B1 language proficiency level. However, we recommend that you first determine your current level from the menu bar and then complete the free consultation form to have your eligibility and training path evaluated before registering.
Considering the time difference in different countries, how are the classes held?
Each session lasts 90 minutes and can be scheduled between 9 AM and 9 PM Iran time, from Saturday to Thursday. For specialized courses, we recommend two to three sessions per week. Additionally, classes can be arranged on Saturdays and Sundays (weekends). Weekly or monthly meetings can also be coordinated with the admin.
Is it possible to cancel or reschedule sessions after registering on the portal?
Within any 30-day period, you can cancel or reschedule one session, subject to availability. Any additional changes beyond this limit will result in the session being forfeited. However, in special circumstances or due to force majeure, our team will make every effort to reschedule missed sessions and ensure classes are conducted smoothly through coordination between the applicant and the professor.
What exactly does the instructor cover in class, and how can I access class videos?
In each session, instructor Mojtaba Khoshkalam provides tips and strategies using real exam questions. Together with the student, the instructor solves various questions to demonstrate how to approach each section and develop essential skills. Is there support after the class ends, and can I receive feedback on my exercises?
During the course, exercises tailored to the test and the student's needs will be assigned by the teacher. These exercises will be submitted through the academy portal, and the instructor will provide feedback. Additionally, each specialized exam has a dedicated Telegram group, where students can participate in group exercises and receive more feedback, beyond the exercises assigned during the review period. What is the registration process, and can I adjust the number of sessions?
After your level has been assessed and you've completed a consultation, you’ll need to create a user account on the portal. Once the fees are paid, the admin will schedule your sessions based on the times agreed upon with the professor. The number of sessions for each course is pre-determined, and the syllabus for each session is clearly defined. It’s not possible to increase or decrease the number of sessions for the full course, but you may choose to register for specific skill-based sessions, such as writing or speaking, instead of the complete course.
